Southland Casino Hotel - West Memphis

Comfortable place, private parking, amicable staff. Big and impressive hotel unit with a microwave.

Came here for 2 nights with my grandson, everything was good. The location was marvellous, near to Memphis, TN as well as normally a casino, in a safe area. Also, it was 2 miles from Arkansas Welcome Center.

Southland Casino offered a pleasant stay with clean, comfy rooms and friendly staff. Though a tedious metal detector check was a drawback, the overall experience was enjoyable, complemented by a great location and dining options.

Staff issues but fun times

The bar was nice for hanging out, but it was kinda annoying when we had to go back and forth between desks just to page someone. Hope that's not the usual. We made the best of it!

The beautiful queen room was spacious and super clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed. It was perfect! My dog felt welcomed too, a big plus.

Had a blast with my friends! We loved hitting up the casino. The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect after a long day of fun.

One downside was that we had to wait too long for extra towels. It was a bummer not having enough for everyone.

I really enjoyed the clean, non-smoking casino, excellent food options like the Ignite Steakhouse, and live music events. My favorite part was the spacious Beautiful King Room, surprisingly nice. I was kinda surprised by how great the overall atmosphere was!

Can recommend for a couple of nights

Spacious room, comfortable bathroom, where I had my best sleep at night for as long as I can remember, thanks to the great beds and pillows. The fitness center was an added bonus for my morning routine.

I enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sunrise and the room was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and quiet allowing for a good night's sleep before moving on.

It wasn't cheap, but considering the comfort, it was acceptable.

Fine rooms, super comfy and clean! The showers are so rejuvenating I almost forgot I was at a casino. Plus, the restaurants serve good food, totally a bonus!

But if I wanted a headache from bright lights, I'd just stare at my phone! A bit hard to get service when the staff's too busy being mysteriously grumpy.

I loved how clean and spacious my room was as I explored the nearby attractions like the Arkansas Welcome Center and enjoyed strolls through local parks. The beds were comfortable too, ideal for a restful night's sleep when you're out and about all day.

We had a blast at the casino with our three kids! The staff was super friendly, and the nearby gaming area was just a short walk away at Southland Park. The pool was a hit with the little ones, keeping them entertained for hours.

My kids wished there was a microwave in the room for quick snacks. It would have.
